  • You can request a return on the same day of delivery if your product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described.

  • To be eligible, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product through email or WhatsApp.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.


2. How to Request a Return

To start a return, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Email us at support@floraces.shop or message us with your order ID, contact number, and reason for return.

  2. Our support team will review your request and confirm pickup instructions.

  3. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or ask you to ship the product back to our return address.


3. Refund Process

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

  • If the product is used, damaged, or missing parts due to customer handling, the return may be rejected or only partially refunded.


4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Items purchased on clearance or marked “Final Sale”

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 7 days:
